Trails don’t take care of themselves.
We donate time and money to the following organizations.
If you ride in the area, we ‘d love to have you join us at a work party (we list upcoming trail dig days here).
Northwest Trail Alliance
Northwest Trail Alliance is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization based in Portland, Oregon. We are one of the Northwest’s leading mountain bike advocacy and trail stewardship groups. Created in 1988 as a grassroots club of local riders, focused on maintaining bike access to Forest Park – Portland’s renown urban park -, we have grown into a regional advocacy group, stewarding trails and advocating for trail access across a wide radius around Portland; from Forest Park and Powell Butte within the city limits of Portland, to the southern foothills of Mount St Helens, to the western slopes of Mount Hood, to Tillamook State Forest and Scappoose.
Hood River Area Trail Stewards
HRATS is a volunteer based non-profit organization made up of cycling enthusiasts that are focused on engaging and uniting the local cycling community in order to channel enthusiasm to create, enhance and protect the riding opportunities in the greater Hood River area, to include both Oregon and Washington with a focus on trail advocacy within a 30 mile radius of Hood River.
44 Trails Association
The 44 Trails Association (44Trails) is actively involved in the planning, building, maintenance and stewardship of the trails accessible from the FS44 road in Wasco and Hood River Counties and the surrounding Columbia River Gorge area. 44Trails is a non-profit 501(c)3 community service corporation, staffed entirely by volunteers and financed by fund-raising events and donations.
Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance
Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance (est. 1989) has grown to become the nation's largest nonprofit statewide mountain bike association. Evergreen represents thousands of riders across Washington State through eight, volunteer led, regional chapters.
